Salad Segment / quick cabbage apple salad with chilli garlic grilled prawns

I’m currently living at home, and my parents have these boss little organic fruit/veg boxes delivered to their house every week. I had free rein of the kitchen, and there was a recipe card for this salad. It is SO GOOD. It’s like coleslaw but healthy. I grilled up some prawns in cayenne pepper to go with. Cayenne pepper increases your metabolism by 8% so this meal justified the cheesy puffs and Reeses Pieces I had for desert.

Chilli garlic grilled prawns
-King Prawns
-Chili/Cayenne Pepper

I threw some king prawns in a grill pan and tossed garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne paper on them. If you’ve got a red chilli knocking around, adding that as well as/instead of the cayenne is superior.

Quick cabbage apple salad

-Raw shredded cabbage
-Chopped basil and parsley
-Chopped walnuts

-White white vinegar
-Orange Juice
-Seasame Oil
-Soy Sauce
-Freshly grated ginger

1. Combine salad ingredients.
2. Combine dressing ingredients.
3. Combine.
4. Am I patronising you yet?
